Fabulous cattery if like me your cat is a big part of your life "your for baby". Then I would highly recommend this place, they genuinely care for your cat, the staff are exceptional.
Really organised and lovely staff. Rooms are clean which is great but on the small side which is reflected in the low price. I would have awarded it 5 stars and wouldn't have minded paying more for a bigger space. All other cat hotels in the area with bigger spaces were fully booked. Service was excellent.
All 3 of my cats go 4 2 holidays a year. They always look well and feel fine.
Vince has been regularly staying here over the last 6 years. He is always well looked after and cared for and he is genuinely happy when he's here. I wouldn't leave him anywhere else
My cat Bailey has been going to willowbrook cattery twice a year for the last seven years. I have found the staff very nice and have looked after Bailey excellently. I wish the new owners all the best for the future.
